Below are the general steps we will take on your project. Your project may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal.

We Wash every exterior from the dirt, dust and mildew:  

The exterior is either pressure washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Preparations:
Preparation is the most important part of any painting job, when it is done right the new paint will last and it keeps its color and luster. 

All loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded.   

All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion. 

There are so many types of exterior unique surfaces, we deal with every exterior surface accordingly.

Painting:    

We apply primer on all the patches and apply the exact number of top coats as per the proposal.

Cleaning:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

Touch up paint:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   We clearly label all touch paint can and leave you with a spread sheet of all the colors and paint specs.

Inspection:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Finally we walk the exterior with you for final inspection and we ask you to complete the feedback card for our performance.  Of course we take care of any concerns

Interior House Painting

Below are the general steps we will take on your project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal.

Setup ;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths or paper depending on your floor covering.
We ask you to move the artwork and fragile items.

Preparations:                                                                                                                               

Holes and cracks in ceilings, walls and trim are filled.
Water stains are neutralized and sealed. 
Cracks where two surfaces meet will be caulked.  
Drywall cracks are taped and patched.
Surfaces are scuff sanded.

Painting:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish. 
The proposal will specify how many top coats will be applied.
We follow the manufacturers recommended number of coats to give your surface maximum protection and luster.

Cleaning up:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      We'll remove the plastic, tarps and equipment. 
We sweep or vacuum the floors.  
Furniture and accessories will be moved back to their desired locations.                                                                                                             

Touch up paint:                                                                                               

We clearly label all touch paint cans and leave you with a spread sheet of all the colors and paint specs.
